What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Your order will be packed with the utmost care. We use couriers depending on your area this will be with Australia Post or Fastway couriers. We offer standard or express post.

How do I place an Order?

Simply add your item to your cart - ensuring any personalisation or monogramming is selected. Don't worry if any customisations are missing we will contact you via email or text message. When you checkout please ensure you add your full address and phone number to ensure no delays with your order.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept a wide range of payments including, bank deposit, afterpay, credit card, apple pay and paypal.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we don't offer international shipping.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, after you order you will get a full invoice emailed to you. Please ensure your email is up to date and that our emails don't go into your junk folder.


Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, buying online with Bare Bride is completely safe and secure.

Can I return an item?

If your item is personalised or monogrammed we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. If you have purchased an item (not customised) and wish to exchange size/colour we can do so, postage costs will customers responsibility. If an item is faulty please let us know.


How long will the monogramming last

Monogramming is unique for each customer. Each item is monogrammed one by one by ourselves. Monogramming is subject to wear and tear, so it is important to ensure your item is not subject to rubbing in your pockets, keys, alcohol wipes/hand sanitiser etc. We do offer blind embossing - which is much longer lasting as it is embossed with no colour.
